2622 is the only Squadron within the Royal Air Force (Regular and Reserve) that has its own Pipe Band.
The Band wear Grey Douglas Tartan and currently has over 20 voluntary Service and Civilian members with numbers set to increase. The Band has played at numerous Service and Civilian events. The reputation of the Band continues to increase due to the commitment and professionalism of its members.
