The Band was formed in September 2002 with financial assistance from local business people and the Beauly Firth & Glens Trust. They proudly wear the distinctive Beauly Firth & Glens Tartan designed by leading drummer Gary Smyth.

The band plays weekly throughout the summer on a Thursday evening in Beauly Square along with other local engagements.

On the competition front we have had some success with the local North of Scotland competitions, winning the North of Scotland Champion of Champions for Grade 3 in 2005 and hope to continue this success onto the Major Championships this season.
