The Dufftown and District Pipe Band was established in 1949.We celebrated our 60th Anniversary in 2009, hosting a massed band ITS A KNOCKOUT type event.We also produced a DVD which was filmed at various locations in and around Dufftown. We have 31 members at present with approximately 15 juniors in the tuition groups. The band performs at many local events as well as playing at various Highland Games in the area.
