Kintore Pipe Band - without uniform - was formed before World War I, and reformed in 1921 by returning Gordon Highlanders, who donated their kilts to the band. Our members are from Kintore and surrounding areas and quite a few are related to eachother. We are fortunate to have so many talented youngsters, who will hopefully ensure the future of the band. We play at local events, agricultural shows, weddings and Highland Games.
