Drumming Workshop
September 27th & 28th 2008
After the resounding success of the 2007 Drumming Workshop the North of Scotland Branch is planning to run the event again this Autumn. We will again try to recruit the very best tutors, with the Snare classes to be led by two of the Worlds most successful tutors, Tom and Gordon Brown of Boghall & Bathgate. Leading the Bass Section will be Stevie McQuillen, again one of the Worlds most respected drum corps tutors. Discussions are on-going with our lead tutors to bring in more top class instructors.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A COMPETING BAND TO PARTICIPATE
This workshop is not for beginners but for those likely to be participating in your Band activities in 2009. To gain the best advantage from this workshop you should encourage ALL your Drum Corps Members to attend. Last year drummers from non-competing bands right up to Grade Two bands all felt that they gained a huge amount from the workshop.
