**Band Secretaries to note as changes are likely to impact on Branch band administration**

The Annual General Meeting of The RSPBA takes place in Glasgow at The Trades Hall of Glasgow at 1000 hours on Saturday 11th March 2017.

All bands can send representatives to the meeting and a full Order Paper has or will be sent shortly to all Band Secretaries directly from our Glasgow HQ.  There are important proposals to change certain rules which will impact on all Branch Bands on the agenda.  An extract from the Order Paper detailing the proposed changes can be found by following the link HERE

These changes will be discussed at our own Branch meeting on Saturday 4th March being held in The Locker Room on Market Street, Aberdeen.
